The Role: Production Manager

The successful candidate will be required to:

· Coordinate activities required for manufacturing of products as agreed on plan with good quality (right first time) within approved budget.

· Ensure adequate delivery of sectional objectives and KPI.

· Manage, develop and motivate the team’s for adequate role delivery.

· Ensure full optimization of all resources.

· Prepare sectional budget and ensure that the operation cost is within approved budgets.

· Ensure proper implementation of and strict adherence to safety procedures.

The Person:

The right candidate must possess:

· B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering

· Between 5-9 years experience in a similar role

· Sound knowledge of refrigeration and air-conditioning process

· Good use of initiative

· Good interpersonal skills

· Effective communication skills

· Sound computer skills

SENIOR ANALYSTS

We are currently seeking to employ senior analysts for our Financial Institutions Rating and Business Information Units.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare rating reports on FI's or industries assigned and conduct surveillance work
  
• Act as Industry specialist on industries or FI's assigned. This will include preparing industry study on these institutions
  
• Keep abreast of developments in these institutions
  
• Teach credit and industry seminar on the industries or FI's assigned
  
• Provide on the job training to analysts and assistants

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Data modelling skills (Advanced Excel)
• Good understanding of the macro environment and the financial institutions of Nigeria and Ghana
• Good knowledge of management accounting
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent report writing skills
• Good presentation skills
• Strong communicator

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good degree in business related fields
• Fully qualified ACCA OR CFA OR MBA

5 years in the financial services sector
